The BGS 673 is a wind bandwidth return path gain block. It provides high gain, low noise, and excellent linearity from 5 to 150 MHz. It is optimized for exceptionally low distortion and low noise figure in a 75 Ω amplifier circuit. It provides excellent input and output return loss over the CATV return path HFC infrastructure.
The device package is complied with standard SOT-115J.
